The Brain Bio Centre is an outpatient clinical treatment centre, specialising in the 'optimum nutrition' approach to mental health problems. The centre offers a comprehensive assessment of biochemical imbalances that can contribute to mental health problems, and advice to correct these imbalances as a means to restore health.

Conditions That May Be Helped

We work with any person who has a mental health concern. A wide variety of mental health problems have been helped through the optimum nutrition approach. These include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ‘brain fog’, fatigue, learning difficulties, dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD and age related memory decline.
